Frequently Asked Questions
Account & Registration
Your Username must include English letters and numbers and be at least 6 characters long. You can choose any username you like — it does not have to be your real name. Your Password must be at least 8 characters and combine uppercase and lowercase English letters with numbers. We recommend not using your phone number or date of birth as your password, as choosing a stronger password keeps your account more secure.
If you forget your password, go to the lv66 login page and click "Forgot Password", then reset it using your registered phone number or email. If that does not work, contact our 24/7 Live Chat support team — they will help you as quickly as possible.
Under lv66 policy, each player may open only one account. If it is found that one person has opened two accounts, withdrawals on those accounts may be blocked. If family members each want to play, every individual must register their own personal account and can only withdraw to their own payment method.
To register, prepare your name, phone number, and one payment method — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. You must be 21+ to access the platform. You will need to submit a national ID or passport for KYC verification later, but this is not required at the point of registration.
Possible causes include an incorrect Username or Password, a weak mobile data connection, or browser cache issues. First, clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem continues, contact lv66 Live Chat support or email [email protected].
Local Games
Yes. The lv66 platform is designed to run smoothly through a mobile browser. You can access it on both Android and iOS using Chrome or Safari — no separate app download from an app store is needed. A good data connection is all you need to start playing.
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with a 54-card deck. Each player receives 3 cards and compares their hand total against the banker. You can choose actions such as "raise", "fold", or "check", and keep track of your current chip balance as you play. For more detail, read the Help section on the game page.
2D results follow the draw schedule used in Myanmar, so lv66 has no control over the numbers drawn. If the drawn number matches the number you selected, you win. No method can predict the numbers with certainty — play for entertainment only.
2D uses two-digit numbers (00 to 99), while 3D uses three-digit numbers (000 to 999). Because 3D has more number combinations, it is harder to pick correctly, but the payout rate can be higher. Results are determined in the same way as 2D. Play both for fun and without making commitments.
Account Verification (KYC)
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is carried out to protect players' personal information and funds, and to prevent financial fraud. Because lv66 puts the security of players' funds first, it verifies player identity before processing withdrawal requests.
KYC verification is typically requested when withdrawal amounts exceed a certain threshold, or when unusual activity is detected on a player's account. It is not required when you first deposit and play, but it is a step you must complete when you want to withdraw larger amounts.
You can submit a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport. The card photo must be clear and not expired. The name on the document you submit must match the name registered on your payment method (KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay).
lv66 uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' personal information. It is stored only for KYC purposes and is never sold to third parties. You can read the full privacy policy at /privacy-policy.
If the name on your payment method does not match the name on your KYC document, your withdrawal may be rejected. We recommend opening your KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay account using the exact name on your NRC. If you run into any issues, contact the Support team in advance.
How to Deposit
To deposit with Wave Money, log in to your lv66 account, tap "Deposit" and select Wave Money. Transfer the amount to the Wave Money number provided, then enter the Wave receipt number in the form and submit. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.
lv66 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, payment services such as KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay may apply their own transaction fees. Check those fees directly in their respective apps.
Yes. KBZPay is one of the deposit methods available at lv66 and is the most widely used by players. Open the KBZPay app, tap "Transfer" and send to the number provided by lv66. Make sure to save the Transaction ID and enter it in the lv66 deposit form.
The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks, and this amount is the same across KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum withdrawal is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.
It may take a few minutes to reflect, so please wait a moment. If it still hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, prepare a screenshot of the bank transfer and your Transaction ID, then contact the lv66 Live Chat support team. The 24/7 support team will check and assist you promptly.
Sports Betting
Odds are numbers that show how much you will be paid. For example, Decimal Odds of 2.50 means a stake of 1,000 Ks returns 2,500 Ks. Handicap gives a goal advantage or disadvantage to a team to level the competition beyond the natural result. With Asian Handicap, a push (half-refund) is possible in certain outcomes.
An Accumulator (Parlay) combines multiple matches into a single bet, multiplying the odds across each selection for a higher potential payout. However, if any one match loses, the entire Accumulator is lost. At lv66 you can build Accumulators by combining both local and international matches.
Results are based on the official full-time score (excluding Extra Time and Penalties). If a match is cancelled, all bets are refunded. If Extra Time is included in a market, this will be clearly stated before the bet is placed. Results are normally available to check before midnight on the day the match finishes.
Live Betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress, with odds updating in real time. You can watch the game, read how it is developing, and then make your decision — which makes the experience more engaging. Keep in mind that odds can change quickly, so you need to stay focused.
In the lv66 football betting section you can find EPL (English Premier League), UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup Qualifying, and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches. Tap a competition name to see the available markets (1X2, Handicap, Over/Under), select your market, enter your stake, and confirm.
